Categories of data we process

Via the contact form: your email address, the content of your message, and an optional subject line. When you access the site, our hosting provider may process standard technical connection data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, and browser information) as required to deliver the pages and maintain security, in line with the provider’s configuration.

If you accept analytics cookies through the banner, usage data may be collected using Google services (such as Google Analytics) loaded through Google Tag Manager.

Purposes, legal bases, and retention

Contact form submissions: to answer your enquiry and take any pre-contract steps you request. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract) or, depending on the situation, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in responding to people interested in our services).

Website operation and hosting: to make content available online and to keep the service stable and secure. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), and where applicable Article 6(1)(b).

Analytics: to produce statistics and improve the site only after you give consent. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Remembering your cookie choice in the browser’s localStorage: to honour your preference. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We retain messages for as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up, and thereafter for any period required by law (for example under tax or accounting rules) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, applying data minimisation. Retention periods for analytics data follow the settings in your Google accounts.

Recipients and international transfers

Form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com / web3forms.com), which provides the infrastructure needed to deliver your message. Processing is limited to that purpose. We encourage you to read their privacy notice.

The website is hosted by OVH; related technical traffic data may be processed as part of that hosting service. If you consent to analytics, data may be processed by Google LLC (including via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), potentially including transfers outside the European Economic Area where permitted under applicable law (for example adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to object where we rely on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). In certain cases you may also have the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for core site functionality.
